What Is A Module?

A module is a multi-system with two tanks or more, the module Modules can be designed for any process. For example: electropolishing, passivation, ultrasonic cleaning, plating, anodizing, and conversion coating. Also, combine two or more different processes. All systems offer “plug and play” convenience.

Each module is custom designed to meet your production requirements and part sizes. Acid tanks are made of a special high temperature polymer for long life. Stainless steel ultrasonic cleaning and rinse tanks are built in as required. Standard features include secondary containment, digital controls, timers, air agitation and ventilation.
